Description

The Hotel Tenuta il Burchio is located in an old seventeenth century village in the luxuriant hills of Valdarno, in a building renovated to create a cozy hotel with all the modern comforts while still maintaining its original structure with its authentic Tuscan style.

The courtyard, manger, hearths, ovens, etc.: everything at the Tenuta il Burchio was restored to provide guests with both a comfortable 3-star hotel in Incisa Val d'Arno (near Florence), and an enchanting authentic Tuscan atmosphere.

The interior with a reception, TV room, bar and restaurant, in addition to the 14 rooms (8 apartments are in the Farm, the dependance a mile from the Tenuta) all have terracotta floors, wooden ceiling beams and large fireplaces. The pool with whirlpool in the park and stables complete the hotel Tenuta il Burchio making it the ideal place to spend a truly enjoyable vacation.

Tavern Restaurant

The Tenuta's small restaurant serving typical Tuscan cuisine accompanied by famous Chianti wines. On the menu: crostini, pappa al pomodoro, pappardelle with hare sauce, stewed Valdarno chicken with rocchini rifatti, Florentine T-bone steak...

Stables

Equestrians and all those who want an unforgettable way to discover the hills and landscapes around Incisa Val d'Arno on horseback can take advantage of the Tenuta il Burchio's large riding stables with 20 horses and take lessons with federal instructors.
Licensed expert horsemen lead guests on rides through the countryside while beginner courses and lessons are held in the stables.
