The Tenuta il Burchio offers its guests 14 rooms in the village with all the standard comforts of a -star hotel in Incisa Val d'Arno (near Florence) and Tuscany, and 8 apartments in the dependance, the Farm a mile from the Tenuta.

The rooms at the Tenuta are all differently furnished but all have the same atmosphere typical of Tuscany, thanks to the terracotta floors, wrought iron beds and solid wood furniture. Private bathroom, satellite TV and personalized climate control complete room amenities (doubles, queen beds, triples and quadruple – family rooms are available).

The apartments at the Fattoria (Farm) are furnished in typical Tuscan style in the seventeenth century manor house and farmhouse outbuildings, equipped with all the modern comforts (kitchen, laundry room, etc.) for an enjoyable stay in a vacation apartment in Tuscany, in Incisa Val d'Arno. Apartments sleep two to six guests comfortably in various solutions.

The apartments of "La Fattoria Belvedere" are always in a Tuscan style, carved from the manor house and the outbuildings of a seventeenth century farmhouse, equipped with all facilities (kitchen, laundry and ironing, etc..)
